The goal of this campaign is to improve the mobility and welfare of dogs that are permanently kept on chains, and to encourage owners to comply with local regulations that prohibit keeping dogs on a chain without a proper leash cable.

Once we distribute one kilometer of leash cable in Niksic and Pluzine, we will launch an initiative to legally ban keeping dogs on chains throughout the entire country, as well as permanently housing dogs in boxes and cages.
